By casting a vote at pannapark.com/vote, you may claim one (1) promotional opening ticket per person and per email address (the “Ticket”). No purchase is necessary. The Ticket is a promotional offer issued at Panna Park's discretion.
One all-access game session (approximate retail value of $30) at the first Panna Park venue in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, on or after its public opening. Food, beverages, merchandise, and private events are not included.
The Ticket is redeemable during the venue's opening month and for up to ninety (90) days after its public opening, after which it expires without value. We'll email the registered address before and at opening.
Each Ticket carries a unique code registered in our system at the moment of issuance. Our register is the sole and conclusive record of valid Tickets. At redemption we may ask you to present the confirmation email and verify that you control the registered email address. Each code can be redeemed once.
The Ticket has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, cannot be resold, and is not transferable. It cannot be combined with other offers. One redemption per person per visit. Guests under our minimum age policy must be accompanied per venue rules at the time of visit.
Redemption is subject to venue capacity and availability. We may require an advance reservation and may limit the number of Ticket redemptions per day or time slot.
Codes that are duplicated, altered, machine-generated, scraped, purchased, or obtained through automated or fraudulent means (including registering multiple email addresses for one person) are void. We may cancel any Ticket we reasonably believe was obtained or used in breach of these terms.
Panna Park is a venue in development. If the opening is delayed, the location changes, or the project is materially altered or cancelled, we may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Ticket program at any time without compensation. The Ticket is a promotional offer only — it is not a deposit, a guaranteed event ticket, currency, a security, or any form of investment, and creates no payment obligation on your part or ours.
The name, email address, and optional phone number you submit are used to administer the vote and Ticket program and to send you Panna Park opening updates. We do not sell your data. To have your data removed (which cancels the associated Ticket), contact us at the address below.
When friends you invite cast a valid vote through your personal link, you may unlock promotional rewards at milestones (currently: a complimentary beer at 1 referral; a free guest pass at 5; a VIP opening-night invite at 20; one year of free access at 50; and lifetime free access plus recognition on the venue's “Hardcore 100” wall at 100).
A public leaderboard displays top referrers by first name and voted city. Your first name appears only if you leave the leaderboard box ticked when voting; otherwise you are listed as Anonymous. To change this later, or to be removed from the leaderboard entirely, contact us at the address below.
Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 or older with valid ID; a non-alcoholic alternative of similar value is always available. The lifetime tier is capped at 100 individuals — if more than 100 participants pass 100 referrals, the 100 with the highest verified referral counts qualify. Referral counts are measured solely by our register. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, and automated or paid-for sign-ups do not count and void associated rewards. Referral rewards are promotional and subject to the same conditions and change rights as the Ticket itself.
Void where prohibited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
