Panna Park is a footgolf entertainment venue in development in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This policy covers our public website (pannapark.com) and Panna Studio (studio.pannapark.com), the invite-only design and investor platform behind the venue.
When you vote for your city, join the waitlist, or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your city choice. Promotional tickets you claim are stored with a unique code tied to your email address. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page visits and performance; these do not use advertising cookies and do not follow you across other sites.
Panna Studio is by invitation only. If you are invited, we hold your email address on the invite list, and we record sign-ins and which chapters you open (for example the strategy, the financials, or the venue presentation). We use this to understand engagement and to follow up with our guests personally. This information is visible only to the Panna Park team and is never shared with other guests or third parties.
To run the vote, waitlist, and ticket programs; to send you Panna Park opening updates; to respond when you reach out; and, for Panna Studio guests, to manage access and investor communication. We do not sell your data, we do not run third-party advertising, and we do not send unrelated marketing.
We use a small set of service providers to operate: hosting and analytics (Vercel), our database and sign-in provider (Supabase), and an email delivery service for codes and updates. Each processes data only on our instructions. Beyond these providers, your data is not shared, rented, or sold, unless the law requires it.
Vote, waitlist, and ticket records are kept through the opening program they belong to. Studio invite and engagement records are kept while your access is active. When records are no longer needed for these purposes, we delete them.
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (deleting vote or ticket data cancels the associated ticket; deleting studio data ends studio access). Every update email includes a way to stop receiving them. Reach us via the contact page and we will handle it promptly.
Data is stored with access limited to the Panna Park team, transmitted over encrypted connections, and protected by our providers' security controls. Panna Studio additionally requires a personal invitation and a one-time key or password to enter.
We may update this policy from time to time by posting the updated version on this page with a new date. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your data, we will tell you by email where we can.
